Dear William, Julie & Staff

My daughter’s wedding reception was just held there on December 19, 2009. I cannot brag on your facility, staff, and management enough! My husband and I were thrilled with everything! You all made this event appear to go smoothly and I never heard of a problem – which allowed us to “enjoy” the evening!

When my daughter and I first went to The Charles to look it over, William told me at that time that “he was my problem solver” for the reception – and he held true to his words. If there was a problem, I have yet to hear of it. The entire facility was breathtakingly beautiful! One of our guests exclaimed “it looks like a place out of a magazine and I am invited!”

I sincerely “Thank” each of you for your efforts and feel that the money I paid was well spent! You all made our reception a wonderful memory for our daughter, her husband and all of our guests! Our pictures are spectacular!

I have recommended The Charles to everyone who has asked me about the location of our reception! You lived up to your claims; we feel very pleased and wish you all the best in the future!
